Late Afternoon Market Comment - Friday February 1, 2019
US stocks were fading off their intraday highs in mid-afternoon trading. The S&P, NASDAQ Composite and Russell 2000 had all turned negative though not to a great degree. Breadth was still modestly positive but was narrowing as the averages retreated. If losses are posted at the close this would result in downside reversal days being posted at their rally highs...More...
