Each time you access or use the website (“Website”) or the services provided by IA, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Service (“TOS”) and represent that you have read and understood them. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.
Terms of Service Intuitive Analysis LLC reserves the right to amend, remove or add to the TOS at any time and any modifications will be effective immediately. Accordingly, please review the TOS on a regular basis when accessing, linking to, or using this Website. By continuing to access, link to, or use this Website or any service on this Website, you signify your acceptance of the TOS and any amendments to it. If at any time you do not accept the TOS, you may not access, link to, or use this Website.

Any breach of this clause shall be a material breach of the TOS and allows IA to terminate your account.
Registration and Account Creation In order to access our proprietary Content you will have to create an account and purchase a subscription. As part of completing the registration and account creation process you shall provide IA with certain information, all of which must be accurate, truthful and updated. You shall immediately notify IA of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information. Further, you are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to your account by accessing the Site through an internet access provider or other third-party service.
Account Usage Once you have established an account and registered as a Subscriber you may access and use the Website and the Services commensurate with your subscription level/selections. The Services may include the receipt by you of email newsletters, alerts and other communications issued by IA.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the security of your computer system and access credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and for any and all activities (including purchases) that are conducted through your account. You may not reveal, transfer or sell your Account login ID or password to any other person. You may never permit any unauthorized third parties to use your account, without permission from IA. If the computer system on which you accessed the Service is sold or transferred to another party, you warrant and represent that you shall delete all cookies and software files obtained by or through use of the Service.
Subscriber agrees, subject to immediate termination of service, not to disseminate or furnish to others, including associates, branch offices or affiliates, the information contained in any reports issued by IA without consent. All quotations and reproduction are strictly prohibited without consent.
The Service: Fees & Payments Upon confirmation by IA of your subscription (the "Commencement Date”), IA shall provide to you access to ‘subscriber only’ areas of the Website as well as other electronic communications commensurate with your subscription level/selections (the “Service”).
In consideration for the performance of the Service, you will pay IA a subscription fee as agreed with IA (the “Subscription Fee”) that depends on the levels/selections you have chosen and any other charges (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. IA is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by IA and reserves the right to cancel any service or product orders resulting from such errors.
Your subscription will continue for the period referenced during registration (the “Service Period”) and renew automatically at the end of the service period for another similar service period, unless you notify us of your decision not to renew your subscription by calling customer service by telephone at 973-593-0078 Monday through Friday (except holidays) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00pm ET. You must notify us at least one-week before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the renewal of your subscription. You may not notify us of a decision not to renew your subscription by any other means.
If you do not notify us as described above, then the then-applicable fee for your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card or other payment method (e.g. Paypal) you designated during the registration process (or subsequently changed). Please note that with recurring billing for subscription renewals, you authorize IA to bill your credit card account number or other payment method account, regardless of whether the other information associated with your subscription has changed, including but not limited to expiration date of the physical card with which you subscribed. We may receive updated information about your account from the financial institution issuing your credit or charge card. You agree to pay all fees and charges in connection with your subscription at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. In the event we have to collect unpaid amounts you owe us, you will be liable for all of our attorney’s and collection agency fees.
IA has the discretion to inform you of any periods of time during the Service Period, not exceeding 28 days, when it will not be able to provide the Service.
Paid Services; Payment. We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your subscription service Account (your “Billing Account”) for use of the Paid Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.
Termination of Account If you are dissatisfied with the service offered by IA, you may request a cancellation of your subscription at any time. You may contact us by Phone at (973) 593-0078 to cancel your subscription. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send an email confirming cancellation. All fees and charges for subscriptions shorter than one-year are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law) with cancellations taking effect as of your next billing cycle. Annual subscribers will receive a refund of the unused portion of your subscription which will be credited to the credit card or other payment method used to establish your subscription, or it will be refunded by check. Cancelled accounts may be subject to an administrative charge.
IA reserves the right to terminate the Service and your account, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice. If IA terminates an Account because of a Subscriber’s breach of these TOS IA shall have no liability or responsibility to such Subscriber or any third party.
In the event IA exercises its right of termination under this Clause, upon your written request to the mailing address provided in the Notices Clause below, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund of the amount paid in proportion to the months remaining to the end of the Service Period.
This agreement will be effective from the date of subscription (the “Commencement Date”) and will continue for the Service Period unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Clause.

Force Majeure IA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations pursuant to the TOS if such delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
